As you can see here this is an image of my mosaic art picture that I have made for my Mom for Mother's Day. I have learned many new things while I did this project like learning how to properly place tiles, how to use Grout and Thin-set, how to make neat repeating patterns, and how to tile safely. I also learned that colour is a very impotant thing to use. With colour the image really pops out. But without colour the image is not very exciting it is just plain. I think that making this mosaic could benefit me in the future. I think it will benefit me becuase then I will be able to teach others and I can use this skill when I am older and have my own house. I could also make really neat things with mosaics.
